This Privacy Policy explains how Volodymyr Popov, an individual trading as "Intellysoft" / "Talk2Fit" ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Talk2Fit mobile application (the "App"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Information we collect

CategoryExamples
AccountEmail address, name and profile picture provided via Sign in with Apple or Google.
ProfileSex, age, height, current and target weight, goal, activity level, dietary/cuisine preferences, language, units, time zone.
Health & fitness dataMeals you log (foods, portions, calories, macronutrients), weight entries, streaks, and goals. This may be considered sensitive data.
Voice inputWhen you use voice logging, audio is captured to recognise the meal. Some recognition runs on your device; when needed, the audio and/or its transcript are sent to our servers and AI providers for processing.
Meal photosWhen you use photo logging, the photo you take or pick is sent to our servers and AI providers to recognise the meal. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers; embedded metadata (such as location) is removed before upload. What we keep is the resulting meal entry, not the image.
Product barcodesWhen a barcode is detected on a photo, it is read on your device and the barcode number is looked up in the Open Food Facts public database to fetch the product's label nutrition. Only the barcode number is sent — never your identity, account, or health data.
PurchasesSubscription status and transaction identifiers (we do not receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled by Apple/Google).
Device & diagnosticsDevice model, OS version, app version, language, crash reports and error logs, a push notification token, and basic usage events.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
