These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Talk2Fit mobile application (the "App") provided by Volodymyr Popov, an individual trading as "Intellysoft" / "Talk2Fit" ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Talk2Fit helps you log meals and weight, estimate calories and macronutrients, and track progress toward your goals using voice, text, photos, barcode scanning, and manual input. Features and content may change over time.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Sign-in is provided through Apple and Google.
Talk2Fit provides nutrition and fitness information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Calorie, macronutrient, and recommendation figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.
By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted these points: (a) calorie and nutrition figures are AI-generated estimates that may be inaccurate and that you are responsible for verifying; and (b) Talk2Fit is not a medical service or medical advice, its recommendations are general, and you will consult a doctor before making decisions about your weight or diet. The App records these acknowledgements during sign-up.
Some features use artificial intelligence to recognise meals (including from photos) and generate suggestions, recipes, and estimates. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; please use your own judgement and verify important information.
Nutrition data for scanned product barcodes comes from Open Food Facts, a community-maintained database available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Community data may be incomplete or inaccurate; always check the product's actual label for allergens and medically important information.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Prices and plan details are shown in the App before purchase and may change with notice.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorised access, or using it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
The App, its content, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Data you enter remains yours.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings › Privacy & account › Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates are accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information in the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
